I’m Bill.

I’m a photographer, soccer dad, nature lover, computer nerd, and someone who has never been very good at pretending to be only one thing.

Photography gives me a reason to slow down and pay attention. I like faces, movement, weather, old roads, quiet landscapes, loud games, and the small in-between moments people usually miss. A lot of what I photograph comes from simple curiosity. Something catches my eye, and I want to understand why.

I like photographs that still look like real life, just noticed a little more carefully. A look, a laugh, a bit of tension, a strange bit of light, a place that feels like it has a memory attached to it. I like clean color, natural expression, and images that still feel like the person or place in front of the camera.

Outside of photography, a lot of my life is family, soccer fields, computers, music, travel, and trying to make room for the things that keep me curious. I’m happiest when I’m learning something, wandering somewhere with a camera, or watching one of my kids do something they love.

This site is a mix of the work I make and the things I notice. Portraits, sports, travel, landscapes, creative sessions, journal entries, and whatever else feels worth keeping.

I’m not trying to be every kind of photographer for every kind of person. I’m more interested in good conversations, thoughtful ideas, and making photographs that feel personal.
